Role summary: As an HR Partner, Global Policy and Compliance, you will own and drive key elements of Flowserve’s global HR compliance framework. In this specialist-level role, you will define approaches, strengthen governance and ensure consistent compliance practices across regions. You will work closely with HR, Legal and Compliance stakeholders worldwide to shape policies, manage compliance risk and support scalable, audit-ready processes.

- Own and maintain the global HR policy and compliance inventory across countries and regions
- Define and execute the global HR compliance framework, including governance and accountabilities
- Assess compliance risks and develop mitigation actions for key HR processes
- Track country-specific compliance obligations, reporting requirements and employment-related filings
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to align with Flowserve’s broader compliance framework
- Ensure compliance requirements for contracts, employee letters, record retention, and related documentation
- Oversee wage and pay compliance practices, including pay transparency requirements
- Drive audit, monitoring and reporting activities with a focus on standardization and centralization
- Review HR processes, policies and practices on an ongoing basis and lead remediation where needed
- Provide expert guidance to HR Partners on compliance and employment-related matters
- Lead HR compliance programs, processes and initiatives
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training and tracking requirements
- Partner with the colleague responsible for US and Canada compliance, while owning the broader global strategy
- Communicate effectively with HR leaders and stakeholders across regions and cultures
Koho hledáme
- 8+ years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, employee relations, HR operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field required
- Strong understanding of global or multi-country HR processes
- Proven experience working with Legal, HR and other cross-functional partners
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and compliance requirements across EMEA
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess risk and identify process gaps
- Strong judgment, critical thinking and a proactive mindset
- Solid project and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Deep understanding of legislation, regulations and policy frameworks
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in English

- Preferred: Experience as HRBP, in employee relations or HR systems
- Experience with Workday and HR ticketing systems
- Experience with HR legislation and compliance requirements in APAC
