Co budeš dělat
- Support employees and people leaders with inquiries related to disciplinary issues, performance management, employment law, and contracts via a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with our local HR and labor law specialists on the resolution of complex inquiries.
- Act as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organization.
- Assist people leaders in developing structured performance management strategies for underperforming employees.
- Prepare disciplinary and termination documents.
- Collaborate with our local specialists to conduct workplace investigations into employee concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Interact with and provide insights to labor relations representatives.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement projects.
