Why This Role Exists
We are looking for a Growth Manager who operates like a revenue operator , not a traditional manager.
Our founders need someone who can build and scale a predictable growth engine —owning the systems, strategy, and execution that drive revenue across the sales funnel.
This role exists to increase founder leverage, improve execution speed, and build scalable systems for lead generation, pipeline growth, and deal conversion.
You will work directly with leadership to translate growth strategy into measurable revenue outcomes , using data, automation, and AI-driven workflows to continuously improve performance.

- Revenue Growth & Pipeline Generation
Own the systems that generate and convert pipeline across inbound and outbound channels.
You will ensure that the company maintains a consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports revenue targets and growth goals.
- AI-Driven Growth Systems
Design and implement AI-powered workflows that increase productivity across lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and sales analytics.
You will continuously test and optimize tools that automate repetitive work and allow the team to focus on high-value activities.
- ICP Refinement & Market Positioning
Continuously refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure growth efforts focus on the highest-value opportunities.
You will work closely with marketing and sales to align target markets, messaging, and positioning with real market demand.
- Sales Performance Optimization
Monitor performance across the entire pipeline and implement improvements to increase conversion and deal velocity.
You will use data and AI insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the sales process.
- Cross-Functional Growth Execution
Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and operations to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
You will help turn strategic initiatives into clear execution plans that move the business forward quickly.

- Used AI tools or automation to improve sales or growth workflows .
- Operated in startup or fast-growth environments where adaptability and speed are critical.
- Worked with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track pipeline and performance.
- Contributed to ICP development, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a strong plus.
