Co budeš dělat
- Assist in subcontractor onboarding activities, including data collection and documentation
- Follow established procedures to ensure onboarding steps are completed accurately
- Escalate issues, missing information, or delays to the Senior Associate or Manager
- Prepare draft contract documents using standard templates
- Populate basic commercial and operational information as instructed
- Support the review process by organizing documentation and tracking approvals
- Help track service requests and timelines across subcontractors
- Maintain trackers and update progress based on input from internal teams
- Escalate delays or issues to the Senior Associate for further action
- Assist in preparing invoice data and supporting documentation
- Help maintain records of payments and subcontractor billing
- Coordinate with Finance teams on basic queries and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records of subcontractor files and documentation
- Ensure required documents are stored correctly and are easily accessible
- Flag missing or incomplete documentation to senior team members
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as needed
- Assist with data gathering and basic research for subcontractor markets
- Support internal process updates and team initiatives
