We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Operations Specialist to
join our Shared Service Finance Center on a one-year fixed-term assignment.
You will become part of a finance environment where operational stability,
quality, and development go hand in hand. The role is broad and operational, and
you will play an important part in ensuring an efficient and well-functioning
finance operation.
You will report to [title/name] and work closely with colleagues across finance,
internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Co budeš dělat
- support outsourcing activities within Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- identify and implement process improvements
- perform transactional clean-up, including master data and open items
- support ERP preparation through data quality checks, process mapping, and readiness activities
- contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Shared Service Finance Center
- ensure accurate and timely processing of AR and AP tasks
- collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
- support standardisation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- help maintain strong control, compliance, and service quality across finance processes
