- 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing communications, or corporate communications
- Proven experience organizing conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale B2B/B2G events
- Experience in the defense, aerospace, security, military, or other highly technical industries is strongly preferred
- Experience working with government or B2G customers is a significant advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and budgets simultaneously
- Experience translating technical information into clear business communication
- Comfortable working with engineering teams, senior management, and Business Development
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Additional European languages are an advantage

- Lead the planning and execution of the company's participation at international defense exhibitions, conferences, and industry events (e.g. IDET, DSEI, Eurosatory, I/ITSEC and similar).
- Managing the complete event lifecycle from planning to execution
- Researching and selecting relevant conferences and exhibitions
- Managing exhibition budgets and cost tracking
- Coordinating booth reservations, logistics, suppliers, and promotional materials
- Working with organizers and external vendors
- Coordinating internal stakeholders before, during, and after events
- Ensuring consistent corporate branding across all events
- Supporting executive meetings and customer visits during exhibitions
- Measuring event outcomes and preparing post-event reports
- Define and maintain company messaging, value propositions, and key narratives
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear and compelling business communication
- Ensure consistent messaging across the website, presentations, brochures, proposals, and exhibitions
- Develop marketing and communication materials including brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, and press releases
- Maintain corporate communication materials for Business Development and bidding activities
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website and LinkedIn
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to:
Tailor messaging for specific customers and government organizations
Support proposals, bids, and tender documentation
Prepare executive-level presentations for defense customers and partners
- Monitor competitor positioning and industry trends
- Identify differentiation opportunities

MarCom Manager
The MarCom Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the company's external communication while leading the planning and execution of the company's presence at international defense exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
This is not a traditional marketing or PR role.
Approximately 50–60% of the role is focused on planning, organizing, and delivering the company's participation at international defense events and exhibitions.
The remaining part of the role focuses on corporate messaging, marketing communications, and business development support.
The position serves as the bridge between business development, engineering, and corporate communications.
