DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Enterprise Compliance Manager, located in Prague, Czechia.
The Enterprise Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that commercial and educational activities are conducted ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with global regulations. This role shapes compliance strategy within Commercial Excellence, particularly in support of Education programs, helping to enable business growth while protecting patients, healthcare professionals, and the organization. The position offers the opportunity to influence risk management frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed a culture of compliance across DePuy Synthes.

- Lead development and implementation of compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for Commercial Excellence and Education activities.
- Design and maintain risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage a team of compliance professionals, including coaching, performance management, and development.
- Ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all commercial education initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve internal controls and compliance processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct internal investigations and address potential compliance issues, including process improvements and corrective actions.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and risk briefings to senior leadership, adjusting priorities based on business needs.
- Oversee compliance audits, reporting processes, and regulatory submissions as required.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance into commercial education programs and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of integrity aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and leadership principles.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Law, Life Sciences, or related field)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices.
- Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and internal controls.
- Proven ability to identify and manage compliance risks and lead investigations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating processes and recommending improvements.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus
- Travel: Up to 20% international travel may be required
- Certifications: Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred
