- Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in Key Account Management
- Experience in dermo-cosmetics, pharma, or trade marketing is a strong advantage
- Proven sales mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Solid analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with a hands-on operational approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Native Czech / Slovak language
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude

Co budeš dělat
- Develop and implement local eCom strategy based on local and regional plans
- Deliver annual business plans including Net Sales, Budget and Forecast Accuracy
- Understand the different needs of key accounts and countries
- Successfully plan, implement, and maximize product launches, relaunches, brand activations and campaigns at ePOS
- Cooperate with the marketing team on go-to-market strategy and its implementation. Build assortment and distribution
- Develop and implement a promotion strategy
- Align with the marketing team to ensure best in-class ePOS communication
- Identify growth opportunities and white spaces, continuously driving the category and channel development
- Develop promo plans in line with the local and regional (Eastern Europe) strategy
- Focus on all aspects of driving eCom business: promo, GWP, Retail Media Investments, content, etc.
- Manage stocks with all customers, ensure product availability and launches
- Create a clear long-term strategy: how to set up the proper direct delivery system to the most important eCom customers
- Continuously monitor and report own brand and competitor activities, identify key issues and opportunities driving interventions as needed to improve results and ensure delivery of agreed targets
- Measure, maximize and optimize the performance of eCom activations and Retail Media Investments together with key stakeholders
- Lead sell-in and sell-out optimization by tracking KPIs, such as NS, GM, UV, CVR, and share
- Manage sales budget in line with agreed parameters, avoiding overspends or underspends
- Understand and motivate cross-functional interfaces (Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling)

- Ensure that sales builds on and contributes to marketing, brand and strategy development
- Aim to provide best practice examples on a regular basis, strive for visibility
