Job Title District Leader Personal Health CEE South Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better Lead the Personal Health business across the CEE District South, with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, commercial performance, and value creation. You will drive strategy, sales, marketing, and supply chain excellence to accelerate sustainable growth while strengthening Philips’ market position and consumer impact.

- Own and drive business growth, profitability, and value creation for the Personal Health business across the District.
- Co-own the District P&L and contribute to strategic planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute the District strategy, translating business goals into clear commercial priorities and growth plans.
- Drive sales growth through omnichannel excellence, digital activation, and optimization of the commercial triangle across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Lead consumer engagement by understanding market trends and customer needs, delivering compelling value propositions, and ensuring effective portfolio and communication strategies.
- Partner closely with region stakeholders global business units, commercial teams, and country leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and drive execution excellence.
- Lead the Consumer domain across the District, enabling access to innovative value propositions and direct-to-consumer capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Champion Philips’ General Business Principles and demonstrate Philips leadership behaviors in all aspects of the role.

- 15+ years of experience in General Management, Sales, and/or Marketing within the FMCG or Consumer Products industry.
- Experience leading a commercial business with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
- Proven track record of P&L management of 100M Euro, including revenue and margin performance.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies across online and offline channels.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sustainable business growth.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer insights, and the global business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives and C-level leaders.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to maximize business value.
- Strong leadership skills with experience aligning teams around common goals and developing talent.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
