- Participate in and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business goals through Engineering Managers
- Own technical execution and team development, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Product & Business domain to influence Software Development and Architecture decisions
- Lead multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers, ensuring accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Develop and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers, creating a strong leadership pipeline
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and Product Leaders to ensure technology and business alignment
- Support the Product Director during ideation/discovery phases, providing Engineering inputs and feasibility discussions
- Form strategies to ensure all deliveries are properly instrumented for data collection, with the authority to halt delivery if this requirement is not met
- Drive cross-team alignment on the director level, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, product, and business functions
- Oversee and ensure Engineering KPI fulfillment, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Advocate for developer autonomy and psychological safety, fostering an environment where engineers can innovate, experiment, and contribute to strategic decisions
- Actively track and act on eNPS to maintain and improve engineering team satisfaction and engagement
- Drive common OKRs, fostering a product-led mindset within engineering teams
- Keep customer value at the center of engineering decisions, ensuring that technological efforts translate into business impact

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams and play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses into our platform ecosystem.
This position combines engineering leadership, technology strategy, and post-acquisition integration, ensuring teams deliver business value while maintaining technical excellence. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to drive migration initiatives, modernize legacy systems, and build a high-performing, data-driven engineering organization.
