What you’ll build
In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across our data services. You will contribute to the creation of meaningful insights, help modernize how we document and manage processes, and play a role in exploring how AI can enhance everyday work.
Your work will directly impact how senior leadership consumes reporting on how efficiently our teams operate. You will also support key initiatives focused on improving data services documentation and transitioning existing Standard operating procedures (SOPs) into new formats and platforms.
Co budeš dělat
- Creating and maintaining monthly reports for senior leadership, combining Excel-based analysis with insights from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards (onboarding to SAC will be provided)
- Contributing to the creation, revision, and modernization of data services manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across evolving formats and platforms
- Supporting AI knowledge maintenance, including anonymization and preparation of content for compliant AI use
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Services Process Owners on cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement activities
- Exploring opportunities how to leverage AI tools into daily activitites

- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret and structure data
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience (this role is well-suited for experienced professionals seeking part-time work)
- Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken are essential)
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and manage tasks proactively
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute across teams
- Interest in AI and digital tools, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions
