- Proficiency in Hungarian and English (B2 level or higher)
- Bachelor's degree or secondary school diploma with relevant professional experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience working with SAP and customer service or order management processes, and knowledge of Czech or Slovak would be considered an advantage.
Co budeš dělat
- Process and manage customer orders in SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) while monitoring and following up on open orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone, providing timely and professional support
- Coordinate order-related activities with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Handle customer complaints, maintain accurate documentation, and issue invoices or corrective documents when required
- Support product movement transactions and contribute to continuous process improvements to deliver an excellent customer experience
