Co budeš dělat
- As a member of the European team, you will primarily support the German, Dutch, English, and Irish markets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
- Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
- You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
- A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
- You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.
