- A consistent track record in commercial roles (as a Key Account Manager, Commercial/Channel Development Manager, Trade Marketing Manager or similar) in FMCG or international manufacturing or complex retail
- A solid commercial along with the ability to develop structured deployments and effectively present to sales teams. Demand Planning acumen will be strong asset.
- Strong process and project management skills to deploy and lead local and regional sales processes, the capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders across various functions and levels, strong sense of delivery
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Proactive mindset who finds motivation is challenging the status quo and improving the existing processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to align and influence stakeholders across cultures, geographies and different seniority levels
- Digital literacy in relevant IT Tools
- Fluency in both written and oral English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (CZ language is not a must have but an advantage)

- Oversee the Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team by managing efficient monthly processes, establishing clear briefs, and tracking risks and opportunities using CTM system (Commercial Target Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools and dashboards
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to achieve strategic priorities, engaged with deployment, and maintaining high data quality for effective analysis
- Lead the preparation and execution of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, ensuring plans remain active throughout the execution year
- Support planning and evaluation of promotional activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Lead Annual Regional Commercial Conference organization to inspire and guide CEEMEA Teams
- Support in the development of the Business Unit (BU) annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) with valuable insights, and drive its execution through in year monthly processes

In this position, you will guide the Business Unit’s Commercial Planning processes and provide valuable insights to drive consumer sales, helping The LEGO Group achieve its strategic objectives and inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow!
