- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail service
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and support junior team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with POS systems and hospitality technology
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

- Deliver exceptional and personalized service throughout the guest dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs, provide recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
- Take ownership of a designated station, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and support a small team of waiters during service
- Process guest checks accurately through Micros and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Share knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wines, and signature cocktails
- Assist with seating guests and managing dining reservations when required
- Support guest recovery efforts and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Observe restaurant facilities and equipment and recommend improvements when necessary
- Act as a Designated Trainer, coaching and developing team members to enhance their service knowledge and skills
- Support restaurant operations and take responsibility for the dining area in the absence of the Manager on Duty
