Co budeš dělat
- As a Category Management Consulting Manager , it’s your responsibility to translate our propositions on paper into reality for our clients, demonstrating competency in deploying our capabilities seamlessly into retailers’ existing or to-be working practices and enabling them to better utilize data for the benefit of their customers and their short- and long-term commercial outcomes.
- Deliver, and shape as necessary, the agreed work plan with various clients across EMEA including:
- Business Discovery work - carrying out interviews to understand the maturity of a client's CatMan capability, comparing it to global best practices, and scoping recommendations and a roadmap to grow maturity.
- Understand the client’s current category management processes, and define the to-be process for embedding dunnhumby tools and services alongside retailer ways of working.
- Work alongside a market team and ADS resource to collaboratively scope, define, create, and deliver recommendations and services to the client, supporting and leading where necessary.
- Leaning on the wider dunnhumby community to be the conduit of best practices and thought leadership.
- Following the completion of the project, build compelling Category Management case studies based on the value we've added for the client.
