- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle for inbound and outbound leads - from qualification and prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive Growth via Up/Cross-Selling: Champion the combined Teads/Outbrain product suite to maximize value for both new and existing publisher partners.
- Strategic Hunting: Proactively identify and engage "Mid-tail" publishers, using a data-driven approach to uncover new market opportunities.
- Process Innovation: Partner with Marketing and MIS teams to design and implement scalable sales workflows tailored to our new organizational structure.
- Pitch & Negotiate: Deliver compelling, consultative presentations to C-level stakeholders, managing commercial terms and contract closures.
- Market Analysis: Utilize web analytics and market intelligence to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead of Ad-Tech trends.
Koho hledáme
- Ad-Tech Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience within the Ad-Tech/Digital Media ecosystem.
- Full-Cycle Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales funnel autonomously (prospecting through closing) without BDR/SDR support.
- AI & Automation Mastery: Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) and CRM automation to scale personalized outreach and optimize the sales funnel.
- Market Expertise: Prior experience managing sales cycles within NA and APAC markets is highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data via Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb).
- Communication: Fluent English with elite written and verbal communication skills; ability to customize messaging based on region and industry.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach).
