Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
10+ years’ commercial experience in the sales of electrical and/or low current systems into the commercial buildings segment
Proven commercial experience managing large customers, especially Fire Distributors, Systems Integrators and Distribution Partners
Fluency in Turkish and English essential

Co budeš dělat

Take full ownership for sales growth and profit plan execution.
Define and drive business development strategies and growth initiatives, staying informed on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry activity.
Develop existing customers (stockists and Systems Integrators), promoting the full Eaton Life Safety portfolio and engaging key decision‑makers.
Target larger project scopes (Tier 1 / Tier 2), with a focus on Digital, Connected, and Cybersecurity-enabled applications.
Identify and win new business opportunities across systems and devices.
Facilitate and strengthen Systems Integrator partnerships, driving customer engagement, meetings, and events.
Collaborate with product line, operations, and country sales teams to achieve commercial targets.
Implement and manage customer and pricing strategies.
Embrace Eaton’s standard processes and tools, including Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.
Travel across the assigned region and to the Eaton Headquarters as required (minimum once per quarter).
