We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate sales and business development . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience managing Market Requirement Forms (MRF) and Sales Requirement Forms (SRF) , and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector.
- Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs .
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry .
- Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes.
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments.
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations.
- Proficient in CRM systems , lead generation , and LinkedIn outreach .
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies .
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
