- Professional English written and spoken (B2)
- High responsibility and accountability, precision in delivering on time and in requested quality
- Good communication skills, customer oriented approach

- Knowledge about market requirements and standards within the industry is positive.
Co budeš dělat
- Bid Management of automation offers in the Energy Sector (mainly covering Offshore, FPSO, Offshore Wind, Offshore Electrification, and Subsea Electrification)
- Responsibility for the bid during the whole sales phase, from opportunity until signing the contract
- Preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit and Sales organization directives
- Cost definition for the proposed solution and communication with the Sales organization
- Ensuring timely and proactive communication and interface with customers
- Set up and collaborate with ABB group functions (from technical and commercial areas)
- Analysis of project proposals and cost plans and prepare for risk review
