Become a new member of the Remote Sales team and help us to provide solutions to the limitations of F2F channel, to increase our customer engagements by covering the uncovered business, commercial growth and digitalization.
Co budeš dělat
- Remotely sells Medtronic's products within an assigned customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
- Provides input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies.
- Partner with the commercial team in order to promote education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate.
- Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
- Actively reaches out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest, leads and sales (actively identifies new sales opportunities, new customer segments).
- Collaborates with Technical consultant on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
Koho hledáme
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Local language at native level
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing (spoken/written to communicate with regional MDT community)
- Experience in digital tools and systems use, familiar with online meetings set-up and running, digital content sharing, social media.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in CRM systems use and value.
