Co budeš dělat
- Project management, administration and confirmation of customer orders
- Entering service and sales orders and projects into the SAP system ((orders, confirmations, invoicing)
- Active communication with internal and external customers
- Controlling project costs and monitoring them against budget and forecast (= monitoring finances of entrusted projects)
- Collecting inputs from the sales team and entering production costs into SAP
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics (creating purchase requests and coordinating with production)
- Monitoring delivery dates and delivery progress + informing customers about the status of orders
- Organizing handover meetings between engineering, sales and customers
- Invoicing and administrative agenda (e.g. monitoring and resolving overdue receivables, checking invoices)
- Generating licenses and managing license keys
- Assisting in resolving complaints, repairs (e.g. ordering spare parts)
- Creating and updating work instructions
- Close cooperation with Trade Compliance
- Participating in monthly closings
- Resolving errors in SAP and reporting them
- Supporting controlling in receivables management
- Preparing specific documents according to customer requirements
Koho hledáme
- Experience with project administration, orders or in the supply chain area is an advantage, not a requirement
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is an advantage (no previous knowledge is necessary, we will teach newcomers)
- Communicative knowledge of Czech, English and German (daily use), min. B2
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple tasks at once and determine priorities
- Diligence, independence and a responsible approach
