- Be a change management driver, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, creating an environment where people can thrive and grow.
- Drive our Touchless Invoice strategy by promoting automation, e-invoicing, and process simplification.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and modern AP guidelines.
- Build future-ready capabilities within the team, focusing on digital skills, problem-solving, and business partnering.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Business Process Improvement teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer excellence.
- Ensure strong operational performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and controls.
- Lead and support global transformation projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
