- 3+ years of experience in an accounting or accounting clerk role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Local GAAP required, US GAAP is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and their impact
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Czech and English (working with international teams)
- SAP experience is a bonus
Co budeš dělat
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and post manual journal entries with proper supporting documentation
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Execute intercompany reconciliation and balance checking
- Manage general ledger (GL) postings and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare supporting files and documentation for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with departments such as purchasing, sales, and finance
- Support finance projects and additional reporting requirements as needed
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
