Who we’re looking for
- Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of previous experience working in a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with personnel management tools and performance tracking systems.
- Fluency in both Czech and English is mandatory required for this position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented and followed.
- Coordinate training for new staff and assess ongoing development needs.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve product issues and manage complaint investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support audit readiness and maintain compliance with internal procedures.
