Co budeš dělat
- Manage and develop international partnerships with strategic customers ensuring strong long-term collaboration and business development.
- Lead and support commercial discussions, RFPs and multi-country contract negotiations with key partners, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities across markets to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
- Implement and oversee international framework agreements ensuring full activation and consistent execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex business initiatives and secure alignment across regions and departments.
- Maintain and continuously improve the customer and opportunity database, ensuring high data accuracy and visibility on contracts and performance metrics.
- Analyze customer trends, tender activities, and market developments to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable strategic insights.
Koho hledáme
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in International Key Account Management or Fleet Sales within the automotive or mobility sector.
- Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus)
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written) and other European languages are a plus.
