We are looking for a Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our global clients, acting as the face of the company at international conferences and high-stakes client meetings.
Co budeš dělat
- Field Engineering & Pre-Sales: Travel globally to provide technical expertise during sales meetings, product demos, and international conferences.
- Product Evolution: Work closely with our R&D and Development teams to translate client feedback into new product features.
- Expert Support: Provide high-level technical support to users navigating complex mobile forensic challenges.
- Technical Content: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and materials for business presentations.
