As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences for our enterprise software products. You will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that meet business and user needs. This role requires strong design skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
Co budeš dělat
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for enterprise software products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design alignment with project goals.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
