Co budeš dělat
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
- Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume positions in close partnership with Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and ongoing communication.
- Support Recruitment Business Partners with senior or complex hiring through shortlist validation, applicant management, and reactive sourcing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data within Workday while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and standards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide feedback and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with defined timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a fast, fair, and human recruitment experience across multiple business units and markets.
Koho hledáme
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment, ideally supporting high-volume or multi-market hiring.
- Fluent German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience in candidate screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, recruitment best practices, and candidate experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality, compliance, and process adherence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-enabled recruitment environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions or regions is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
