Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 hours per day, most of them overlapping with US Central Time
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that. Commissions to be confirmed.

Scalesource is a fast-growing remote staffing company. We place elite international talent with U.S. companies.
We are building a new recruitment engine from scratch. We need a system that consistently delivers world-class candidates within 14 days or less every single time. At scale. In different geographies. And offering a white-glove candidate experience – one that will have rejected candidates thinking “I can’t wait to talk with them again”.
All that while hiring 100+ new joiners until the end of 2026.
Co budeš dělat
- You’ll run recruiting for Scalesource roles from start to finish. That means:
- Hiring new joiners for multiple verticals (time-to-hire: 14 days)
- Offering a world-class candidate experience to every candidate, including rejected ones (SLA for feedback: 24h)
- Work on recruitment improvement projects
