This is a great starting position for someone who wants to learn how a modern finance organisation really works — and help make it better. You will join the Process Excellence & Transformation team within our Shared Services Centre, working directly with the Process Excellence & Transformation Lead and alongside our Data & Technology Specialist.
Your focus will be on bringing clarity to how we work: mapping our processes, keeping our guidelines and desktop procedures up to date and easy to use, and supporting the workshops, meetings and projects that drive improvement across the team. A defining feature of this role is the day-to-day use of AI tools to create and maintain documentation faster and smarter — if you are curious about new ways of working, this is a place to put that curiosity to work.
Above all, this is a doorway into corporate finance. You will sit inside a global finance organisation spanning Europe, the US and Asia — a big pool to learn in, with international colleagues, real processes and real responsibility from day one. No prior work experience is required; we care far more about your attitude, organisation and willingness to learn than about what is already on your CV.

- Process mapping — Create and maintain clear, accurate process maps for finance processes, using AI tools and mapping software to speed up and improve the work
- Documentation — Ensure the team has up-to-date guidelines and desktop procedures — drafting, reviewing and organising documentation so knowledge is easy to find and follow
- AI-enabled ways of working — Use AI tools to automate and streamline how documentation is created, structured and kept current — this is the heart of the role
- Workshops & meetings — Help organise and facilitate workshops and meetings — preparing materials, capturing actions and following up
- Project & change support — Support the Process Excellence & Transformation Lead with project management and change management activities — tracking plans, milestones and communications
- Collaboration — Collaborate with the Data & Technology Specialist on improvement and efficiency initiatives, and provide support to data and technology work where needed
- Continuous improvement — Spot things that don't make sense, ask questions, and suggest simpler ways of doing them
