- Develop and implement strategies for improving work processes and establishing a highly motivated organization.
- Drive professional development initiatives, encouraging a culture of growth, continuous learning, and alignment with Saab's core values.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the virtual portfolio, ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Focusing on both strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Represent Saab Training and Simulation in both internal and external forums, acting as an ambassador for the Business Unit
- Take ownership of budget planning, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring operational profitability
- Maintain a people first focus with a strong emphasis on company values and culture

- We are looking for a senior leader with proven experience in managing operations, ideally in a complex, international business environment. You have been in senior management positions for a number of years and you are a confident decision maker.
- You take responsibility for your own work and you understand how your part contributes to the greater good.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside of Saab
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning and performance monitoring
- Comfortable representing the company at high-level forums and with senior leadership
- The ability to prioritize with a strategic focus
- You have excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, and you are trustworthy with high standards of ethics and personal integrity.
- This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
