Co budeš dělat

Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
Manage AP virtual tools, ensuring accurate data entry, quality output, and timely job scheduling.
Assist in preparing payment runs for approval, following market policies and procedures.
Process advance and early payments using SAP, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.

Koho hledáme

Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience with a solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills.
Excel skills are required
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
