O pozici

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner for management and employees at our manufacturing plant in Svitavy. You will independently manage the local HR agenda, support leaders in all people-related topics and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment. You will collaborate closely with the HR team in Velké Opatovice as well as with corporate experts in areas such as payroll, administration and HR processes, ensuring alignment and high-quality HR service delivery.

Co budeš dělat

Providing daily support to managers in HR-related matters
Acting as a partner for employees and management in labor law and HR topics
Managing recruitment of new employees and cooperating with managers in filling open positions
Supporting onboarding processes and employee development
Contributing to performance management, compensation, and development activities
Handling labor law agenda and employee relations cases
Working with HR data, reporting, and HR systems
Participating in local and international HR projects

Koho hledáme

Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role
Knowledge of labor law and general HR agenda
Ability to communicate across the organization and build trust with stakeholders
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow tasks through to completion
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with daily exposure to operations
