Co budeš dělat
- Manage and process customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and issues regarding products, shipping, or other services, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in various regional projects to drive continuous improvement.
Koho hledáme
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in export markets or international trade.
- Good IT skills and experience in using Oracle or similar ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
