Co budeš dělat

Lead development and implementation of compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for Commercial Excellence and Education activities.
Design and maintain risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
Manage a team of compliance professionals, including coaching, performance management, and development.
Ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all commercial education initiatives.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve internal controls and compliance processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Conduct internal investigations and address potential compliance issues, including process improvements and corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver regular updates and risk briefings to senior leadership, adjusting priorities based on business needs.
Oversee compliance audits, reporting processes, and regulatory submissions as required.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance into commercial education programs and initiatives.
Foster a culture of integrity aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and leadership principles.

Koho hledáme

Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Law, Life Sciences, or related field)
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices.
Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and internal controls.
Proven ability to identify and manage compliance risks and lead investigations.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience evaluating processes and recommending improvements.
Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus
Travel: Up to 20% international travel may be required
Certifications: Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred
