This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Product Sales (BaaS) based in Czechia.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving the adoption and growth of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, SMBs, and digital-native businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand and integrate advanced financial infrastructure products such as issuing, capital, and treasury solutions. The role combines strategic sales ownership with deep product expertise, requiring you to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and refine product offerings based on real customer needs. - Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across a defined territory, focusing on BaaS products for startups, SMBs, and digital-native companies.
- Build and execute a proactive territory and outbound strategy to generate and qualify a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead high-level commercial and technical discussions with executive stakeholders across prospective and existing clients.
- Develop deep expertise in BaaS offerings (issuing, capital, treasury) and position solutions against competitive alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and technical teams to relay customer insights and influence product direction.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of go-to-market playbooks and scalable sales processes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are translated into actionable product and business improvements.

- 10+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology, fintech, or payments-focused environment with a strong performance track record.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior business and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple internal functions and external partners.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Experience in payments or banking solutions sales is a strong advantage.
- A resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
