Co budeš dělat
- Serve as the primary commercial lead for customers and partners across Eastern Europe, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth for both Vilter and SPH product portfolios, identifying opportunities to deliver integrated solutions that address customer needs.
- Develop and execute territory and key account strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities within district heating, industrial heat pumps, sustainable process heating, steam generation, heat recovery, and decarbonization applications.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with end users, consultants, EPC/EPCM companies, contractors, utilities, municipalities, and government stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Manage your territory independently by planning customer visits, conducting sales meetings, and developing strategic account plans.
- Represent Copeland, Vilter, and SPH at regional and international trade shows, conferences, and technical presentations.
- Prepare commercial offers, sales proposals, and business cases, including financial and technical value propositions.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline within Copeland CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, application engineering, and project execution teams to secure and deliver projects successfully.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic growth initiatives across the region.

- Proven success in technical sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience selling capital equipment, engineered solutions, or complex systems within the energy, HVAC, heat pump, industrial heating, or district heating sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success building long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and influencing capabilities across technical and commercial audiences.
- Experience working with EU-funded projects, public tenders, municipalities, utilities, EPC/EPCM firms, and the broader energy sector.
- Fluency in English and either Polish.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Eastern European region.
- Valid driver's license.
