Who we’re looking for
- Education: High school leaving exam (Abitur/Matura) or higher education with University degree or MBA in a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in operations, logistics or manufacturing management
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
- Skills: Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, WMS tools, and high-volume automated operations.
What you’ll do
- As Operations Manager, you will lead a core shift, managing a team of Area Managers to drive high performance across safety, quality, and productivity.
- Own the Shift: Drive shift-level operational performance, safety compliance, and labor management.
- Lead & Develop: Coach and scale your team, ensuring optimal staffing, skills, and readiness.
- Collaborate: Partner with Cross-Functional teams (Automation, OpEx, HR, IT, Transport) to solve live challenges.
- Optimize: Monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and champion a continuous improvement culture.
- Build the Culture: Foster an engaging, accountable, and high-energy environment from Day 1.
