- Hands on experience with Veeva Vault administration

- Experience supporting QualityDocs, QMS, Training, Validation manager, CTMS, eTMF, Submissions, Registration, Submission Archive, or Publishing or content management systems in general
- Experience from Technical Support or Application Management Services
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- A structured and detail oriented approach to your work
- It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience from the life sciences industry
- Knowledge of GxP regulated environments
- Familiarity with Veeva Open Data or Veeva Network
- Veeva Vault Administrator or Associate Administrator certification
- Python or java knowledge
- ITIL experience or certification
- Experience with stakeholder management and customer dialogue
- Education
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Relevant work experience may substitute formal education
What you’ll do
- As a Veeva Consultant, you will work with support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Veeva Vault applications.
- Provide technical support for Veeva Vault applications including RIM, Quality, Safety and Clinical
- Advise customers and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices
- Evaluate current solutions and implement improvements based on business requirements
- Drive continuous improvements by utilizing new Veeva functionality and managing customer backlog
- Perform system configuration and routine administration tasks
- Deploy and promote changes through package deployments and change control processes
- Act as escalation point for incidents, issues, and support related questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues
- Ensure system quality, compliance, and user adoption
- Manage users, roles, and permissions across Veeva environments
- Support creation of reports and dashboards
- Perform data loads including upload of documents, users, metadata, and field updates
- Support data mapping and realignment activities related to system configurations
- Ensure Veeva environments remain validated following releases and implemented changes
