Who we’re looking for
- Native/fluent in Czech/Slovak both oral and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2)
- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Recent graduate
- No previous recruitment experience required.
What you’ll do
- Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
- Build/grow your own desk (very important)
- Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
- Arrange interviews for senior consultants
- Contact potential clients via phone or email
- Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
