Who we’re looking for
- At least 3 - 4 years work experience with Trade Marketing and Off Trade Channel
- FMCG Experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong Analytical and planning skills
- Strong Team player, adaptable for fast growing and changing environment
What you’ll do
- Leading and developing team of 1 Off-Trade Marketing Assistant
- Market responsibility: Czechia & Slovakia
- Channel responsibility: Off-trade (IKA incl. Discounters, Traditional trade)
- Strong contribution into both strategic and operational planning process
- Participate and contribute in S&I of all brands and off-trade channel
- Drives conversions of plans from brand/channel to specific customers in cooperation with KAMs
- Key member of S&BP process (“plachta” inputs, onepagers, evaluations, competitor analysis, channel expertise)
- Responsible for the annual set up of the Off Trade plan (developing, execution, evaluation and reporting), in collaboration with Marketing Brand team and Sales, according to the strategy:
- Designing activation, visibility and promotion plan physically & digitally for the Off trade in coordination with KAMs team
- Aligns with all relevant activities with Legal/Compliance team
- Coordinates execution of OFF-trade BDs according to IKA plan
- Coordinates execution of external Mechandising agency according to picture of success
- Defines Picture of success for activities according to PicOS guidelines
- Tracking (regularly provides reports on promotion efficiency and progress to plan status)
- Continuous improvement & communicate action plans accordingly
- Leading external agencies on projects, by preparing briefing and having a planning calendar.
- Collaborating with graphics agency on visual development, procurement department on POSM development and optimal warehousing and external digital agencies on execution
- Stays on top of business/brand performance by channel, analysis available data and information from sales, highlights issues and recommends course corrections
- Responsible for proposal and tracking of A&P and TMKT Discounts budget of the Off Trade annual plan
- Aligns with Finance on correct accounting A&P budget management
- Aligns with KAMs team on way of spending Discounts budget
- Implementation control & budget allocation
- Collaborates with Marketing, BBI & Sales Off-Trade to get market knowledge and consequently insights.

- Regular monitoring and evaluation of competitor activities
- Participates on Catman analysis and recommendations for selected customers
- Participates in sales meetings & selected brand meetings.
- Regular visit customers in the market

He/she will be a key member within the organization able to deliver a Trade Marketing Strategy by seeking to understand the shopper/consumer behavior, the category, client and channel dynamics, and deploy a plan that reinforces the power of the brands in the market and turns brand choices into purchase through compelling activities at the POP.
