Who we’re looking for
- You will be an organized and efficient individual who is comfortable using and maintaining systems and databases up to date.
- You will understand the technical principles related to the Spirax Sarco product portfolio as thermodynamics, etc.
- You will learn wide range of Spirax Sarco products details and where and how to use them
- You will learn wide range of customer steam technologies that utilized our technology and knowledge.
- You will understand and build a relationship with the rest of the sales organization in order to derive customer’s queries if required.
- You will timely process orders within a time frame defined from receipt.
- You will timely manage customer queries by answering the prompt either via phone or e-mail.
- You will be managing the open order book, paying particular attention to overdue lines,
- You will be supporting our customer’s purchasing process including ensure that items are invoiced promptly.
- You will be maximizing sales value to our customers including add on’s and link sales.
- You will be working towards a 0% error rate for our customers.
- You will be encouraging our customers to order quotations produced.
What you’ll do
- Offering advice on sizing, selection and operation of products from Spirax Sarco product portfolio and their suitability for use on specific applications
- Preparation for projects, Process Instrumentation Drawing, Process flow sheets
- Preparation of quotes in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Working in CAD on assembly drawing preparation, Coordination of connected utilities and medias
- Make CRM changes (eg customer account details, prospects etc) and respond to account queries
- Sales team liaison and administrative support
- Organize customer visits to the Op Co sites
- Produce Data Dossiers on projects
- Manage the web content traffic (e.g owning ‘info@spiraxsarco.com’ mailbox)
- Provide support for tender development
