Who we’re looking for

• Strong enthusiasm for technical problems and how to solve them
• Excellent English (daily communication with partners)
• Genuine interest in technology and smart home/building automation
• Quick learner with structured thinking and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work from our Prague or České Budějovice office (on-site role)
• Technical background or education (electronics, IT, automation) is a plus
• Experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage

What you’ll do

• Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in your region
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Loxone products and solutions
• Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team
• Support partners with training and guidance on Loxone systems
• Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement
