Who we’re looking for
- Around 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and tech-industry hiring.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders globally.
- Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience at a startup or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc.).
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker—you know the playbook, but you’re not limited by it.
- A positive attitude: you’re a team player and you work effectively with different teams.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Availability to commit to a 6-month temporary contract.
What you’ll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates.
- Source and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates across tech sectors (cloud, security, data, and analytics).
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders in Tel Aviv, the US, and Prague to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent.
- Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates; establish regular touchpoints and maintain thorough follow-through.
- Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes during this 6-month period.
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
- Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.
