Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German & other languages advantage .
- Several years of proven experience in project management, ideally complemented by formal project management training or certification.
- Solid knowledge of switchgear systems and related technologies; experience with generator and special switchgear applications is highly desirable.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and results-oriented personality with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex customer projects in the field of generator and special switchgear systems.
- Plan and monitor project requirements, schedules, resources, costs, and quality, while implementing corrective and optimization measures in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate technical specifications from both technical and commercial perspectives, and align requirements and potential solutions with customers.
- Design generator and special switchgear solutions, take responsibility for the development and evaluation of the respective concepts, and collaborate closely with partners and suppliers.
- Assess supplier quotations from a technical and commercial perspective and take ownership of change management, claim management, and risk management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
