What you’ll do

• Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded Networking And C++ Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
• Develop And Mentor Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities In Linux And Embedded Systems, Promoting Increased Productivity And Skill Development.
• Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions, Feasibility Studies, And Reviews, Focusing On Best Practices, Technical Risks, And Breakdown Of Components For Accurate Estimations.
• Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Facilitating The Closure Of Escalations And Maintaining Effective Communication With Stakeholders.
