What you’ll do
- The Technical Consultant is a senior customer-facing delivery role within Keboola's Professional Services function. You will lead scoped, outcome-driven technical engagements that help customers accelerate adoption, solve complex data challenges, and get lasting value from the Keboola platform.
- You operate as a technical partner to Customer Success Managers, activated by demand, engaged with clear scope and exit conditions, and always working toward a clean handover.
- Alongside active delivery, you proactively identify new engagement opportunities in collaboration with the CS team, contributing to demand generation as a standing part of the role.
- You will work closely with CSMs, Support, Engineering, and customer stakeholders across the full engagement lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through delivery and handover.
