Talent Acquisition Specialist

Who we’re looking for

• A strong end to end recruiter who is comfortable dealing with roles at all levels and within all disciplines
• A proactive approach to recruitment with the ability to think creatively to provide solutions to challenging recruitment briefs
• The ability to juggle multiple vacancies across business units and countries
• Always looking for the best candidate for role as opposed to the best applicant
• Interest and previous experience in working in TA projects
• Previous experience of working in a large corporate environment
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, Polish or Czech. It would be ideal if you speak multiple European languages
• Willing to travel and happy to work in one of our locations in the listed countries at least 3 days per week.

About the position

We are actively looking for a talent acquisition specialist based in Eastern Europe to work on a portfolio of blue and white collar roles across Eastern European countries. You will be part of a larger team who cover recruitment for DP World across Europe.
