Who we’re looking for
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environment
- Basic to solid understanding of web management, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing
- Familiarity with digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- English + CZ/SK is a must
What you’ll do
- Digital execution Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, and owned channels Support implementation of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Web & content management Manage website content and digital assets , ensuring accuracy and functionality Support content publishing, updates, and basic localization (transcreation) Assist with website personalization activities
- Performance & reporting Monitor campaign and channel performance (KPIs) Support reporting and provide basic insights and recommendations Collaborate with BI/analytics teams on data tracking and evaluation
- Collaboration & project support Work with cross-functional teams and markets to execute digital initiatives Support coordination with external agencies and partners Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront, Confluence ) to track tasks and updates
- Operations & optimization Ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and tools Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and execution Support compliance with brand, legal, and data guidelines
About the position
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities across key channels. In this role, you will focus on day-to-day management of digital campaigns, web content, and performance tracking , contributing to improving customer experience and driving engagement across digital touchpoints.
